After the great success of the three International Commemorative Conferences of Infection Control in 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010 we are pleased to announce that the Hong Kong Infection Control Nurses’ Association will again organise the 5th International Infection Control Conference.

With the emergence and resurgence of infectious disease, infection control is imperative for the prevention of infections in the hospital and the community. In 2004 to 2010 the Hong Kong Infection Control Nurses’ Association (HKICNA) has hosted their three very successful international conferences in Hong Kong. These conferences were very well attended and upon the request of many sponsors and members our association we will host the 5th international conference in 2012. This will be held on 24th to 26th August 2012 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong SAR. We have invited renowned speakers locally and from the overseas to review with us the latest evidence and cutting edge information on infection control. Local researchers would be presenting their research work with indigenous essence. You are cordially invited to share the valuable experience with us.

Apart from the scientific sessions the conference also offers satellite symposia and exhibitions for the industry to demonstrate their products and services. 1700 square meters of exhibition space has been reserved for sponsors.
