Remark

Early bird registration rate would be offered for HKICNA and collaborating societies' members at all time.
Starting from 1 July 2010, additional 10% off would be offered for group of 10 persons or above.
Conference Kit will not be provided for day registration and full time nursing students.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat and be received by 15.07.2010, an administration fee of HK$ 400 / US$ 50 would be charged. There will not be any refund after 15.07.2010
