The conference secretariat is pleased to arrange accommodation for participants and their accompanying persons in the following hotels which are close to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

• Reservation will only be processed by completing the hotel reservation form with signature & return with one-night deposit of your first choice hotel.
• Hotel rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
• Room request could be made by post, fax or e-mail
• The daily rate per hotel room is inclusive of 10% service charge. Any changes to your reservation must be made through the Conference Secretariat.
• Please settle the balance payment with hotel direct upon departure.
• In the event of cancellation after 28.07.2010 or not showing up on arrival date, the one night room deposit will be forfeited.
• The above would be charged in Hong Kong Dollar at the reference rate of exchange USD1 = HKD 7.80
