Guideline for Abstract Submission

1. Abstracts must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail before 15.07.2010
2. All abstracts should be sent to hkicna@mvdmc.com as document attachment
3. Please save your file as an MS word 97/2000/xp (doc.) or Rich Text Format (RTF)
4. Abstracts must be submitted with the Registration Form and relevant payment
5. Abstract should contain original material never been previously published
6. Abstract should contain background of the study, method, result and conclusion/discussion
7. Typed in black ink using Time New Roman font size 12 with single-line spacing
8. Handwritten abstract will not be accepted
9. The length of the abstract must not exceed 250 words
10. Capitalized the entire title, then the author's name, institution, city and country. The name of the presenting author must be indicated first and underlined. Omit degrees, titles and full address
11. All abstracts must be submitted & presented in English
12. Notification of abstract status to presenting author will be issued by 16.07.2010
